The 2nd Tri-semester monitoring for CY 2011 of the Multipartite Monitoring Team (MMT) of the Mine Rehabilitation Fund Committee (MRFC) – Pangasinan Group 3 & 5 was conducted on July 27-29, 2011. The monitoring was conducted by the designated representatives from MGB-1, Office of the Provincial Governor of Pangasinan, EMB-1, Non-Government Organization and concerned Permit Holders.
